几何参数不定性在钢桥可靠性分析中的应用

摘要 几何参数不定性是结构抗力不定性三大影响因素之一。依据制造规范和实际调研数据,对几何参数不定性进行分析,给出该因素的概率统计分布;通过敏感性分析,几何参数不定性对结构可靠指标计算值影响显著;算例表明几何制造偏差对结构性能的影响程度相比外界环境如腐蚀的影响为小。为保证钢桥耐久性,不仅要重视设计和制造,也要重视桥梁运营过程中的养护维修。 Geometrical uncertainty is one of three influencing factors of the structural resistance. According to the data from fabrication code and practical survey, the geometrical uncertainty is analysed and the probability distribution is recommended. The geometrical uncertainty has a dramatically impact on the results of reliability index through the sensitivity analysis. The example in the paper indicates that the external environment, such as the corrosion,rather than deviation of steel products has much effect on the structural performance. Hence, the design and manufacture should be taken seriously, meanwhile, much attention should also be paid to the preventive maintenance programs to ensure the durability of steel bridge.
