摘要 三峡升船机塔柱横梁是目前世界上横梁跨度最大、架设高度最高、技术要求最严格、施工难度最大的升船机塔柱横梁工程。介绍了塔柱横梁现浇支架设计方案比选、贝雷架支撑体系组成和验证试验。实践表明,采用贝雷架支撑体系,对确保升船机塔柱横梁施工质量、施工进度、施工安全起到了至关重要的作用。 The crossbeams of ship lift tower of Three Gorges Project(TGP) feature the longest span, most height and most exigent specifications, whose construction is the most difficult in the world. The alternatives of supports for the cast in place construction of the crossbeams were introduced, the components of supports with portable steel panels were described, proving tests were studied. The supports with portable steel panels and techniques were adopted to ensure the quality, speed and safety of the cast-in-place construction of the crossbeams.
