摘要
介绍锦州市云南飞街小凌河大桥钢拱塔制作工艺方案,主要包括:板单元和钢拱塔节段制作的关键工艺、重要措施、控制要点以及钢拱塔节段预拼装过程中采取的工艺方案及精度、尺寸、变形控制要点。通过系列技术控制使拱塔制作最终达到设计要求。
It is introduced the fabrication process scheme of steel arch tower for Xiaolinghe Bridge on Yunfei South Street of Jinzhou. The fabrication process scheme includes the key process, important measures and key points of control of fabrication of the plate element segment of the steel arch tower. It also includes the important measures and control key points in the course of pre-assembly of the steel arch segments. Through a series of technical controls, the fabrication of the arch tower can meet the design requirements.
