摘要
介绍某大型钢箱梁的工地拼装与架设技术,此拼装场地小,组装时不能采取梁段纵向中心线与门机轨道平行的多梁段整体拼装技术,只能采取单梁段整体拼装技术,梁段纵向中心线要与门机轨道垂直,且拼装胎架简单可拆卸。由于同一梁段不设拱度,在方便车间生产的同时,也为单梁段拼装提供了便利。桥上梁段间环焊缝及U肋嵌补段焊缝均为焊接连接。工程已顺利完工,可为类似工程提供参考。
The assembling and erection technology of large-scale steel box girder is introduced in this paper. The assembling yard is too small to allow multi-segments to assemble together. So only the integral assembly of single segments can be used, and the centre line of the segment shall be vertical to the rails of the portal crane. The assembly jigs are simple and can be disassembled easily. It is easier to fabricate in workshop and assembled in site because it has no camber in single segment. The connections between two segments are all welded,which provides a reference for similar projects at home and abroad.
