少阳生骨方含药血清对促进大鼠体外软骨细胞培养细胞增殖的相关性研究

Research on Correlation of Shao-Yang-Sheng-Gu-Fang ( SYSGF) Containing Serum to Promote Proliferation on Chondrocytes of Bandicoot in Vitro

目的:验证少阳生骨方含药血清是否具有对体外培养软骨细胞有促增殖作用。方法:用MTT比色法,通过测定各药物组活细胞OD值(Optical Density,OD)间接计算出不同浓度药物对细胞生长的抑制率,进而考察细胞毒性大小。结果:其中含药血清浓度在(0.25%～1%)对软骨细胞有一定的促进代谢及增殖的作用。但随着含药血清浓度的增大,促增殖作用逐渐减弱,随着浓度的增大甚至产生生长抑制效应,提示高浓度的含药培养基具有一定的细胞毒性。结论:合适浓度的少阳生骨方含药血清对体外培养大鼠软骨细胞具有促增殖作用。

Objective： Verify SYSGF containing serum promoting proliferation of chondrocytes in vitro.Methods： Using the MTT colorimetric method,by determinating of each drug group living cells OD value（Optical Density,OD） of different concentrations of drugs for inhibition of cell growth rate,and then calculated the cytotoxicity size indirectly.Results： Containing serum concentration（0.25% ～ 1%）,promoted metabolism and proliferation of cartilage cells.However,with the increase of drug-containing serum concentration,promoting proliferation of waning,with the increasing concentration even growth inhibitory effect,suggesting that high concentrations of the drug-containing medium with a certain degree of cytotoxicity.Conclusion： The proper concentration of SYSGF containing serum promoting proliferation of cultured bandicoot chondrocytes.
