摘要
目的:测定华山出产的地道细辛中Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe这4种微量元素的含量。方法:采用混酸消解后,原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:华山细辛中Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe这4种微量元素的含量分别为143.21μg/g、7.01μg/g、99.21μg/g、1131.21μg/g。结论:华山细辛中含有较为丰富的四种微量元素,方法的加标回收率在94%~107%之间。
Objective: To determine the four trace elements,such as Manganese,Copper,Zinc and Ferrum in herba asari of Mount Hua.Methods: The medicines were digested by HNO3 and HClO4 with the ratio of 4 ∶ 1.The four trace elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Results: Each of Manganese,Copper,Zinc and Ferrum in herba asari was 143.21 μg / g、 7.01 μg / g、99.21 μg / g、1131.21 μg / g。Conclusions: The four medicines content rich trace elements.The recover ratio was between 94% and 107%.
