多切口引流联合龙珠软膏纱条填塞治疗马蹄型肛痈临床研究

Clinical Research of Multi-incision and Drainage Combined with Long-Zhu Ointment Gauze Packing on Horseshoe Perianal Abscess

目的:观察多切口引流联合龙珠软膏纱条填塞治疗马蹄型肛痈的临床疗效。方法:选取马蹄型肛痈患者120例,采用多切口引流一期根治术,术后以龙珠软膏纱条填塞换药直至创面愈合。结果:116例治愈,治愈率接近96.66%。结论:该方法治疗马蹄型肛痈疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of multi-incision and drainage combined with Long-zhu ointment gauze packing on horseshoe perianal abscess.Methods： 120 cases of horseshoe perianal abscess were treated with primary radical surgery of multi-incision and drainage.After the operation,all cases were packed with Long-zhu ointment gauze until wound healing.Results： 116 cases were cured.The cure rate approaching to 96.66%.Conclusion： The method treats horseshoe perianal abscess to have the good effect,and worth to be spread.
