摘要
目的:对照分析128例心律失常患者心电图与中医脉象的相关性,探讨脉象的病理变化及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院就诊128例心律失常患者的常规心电图和脉诊记录,对照分析两者之间的相关性。结果:每种类型心律失常均有不同的脉象,不同的数量。结论:心律失常与中医脉象存在相关性,脉象在心律失常诊断中具有重要的意义。
Objective： To analyze the correlation between Electrocardiogram（ECG） and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） pulse condition of 128 cases of arrhythmia patients for the purpose of discussing the relationship between the pathological changes of pulse condition and diagnostic value.Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on the 128 cases of patients with cardiac arrhythmia a conventional ECG and pulse condition record,in order to analyze the relationship between them.Results： Each type of arrhythmia has a different pulse condition and different quantity.Conclusion： Arrhythmia is correlated to TCM pulse condition to some extent and pulse condition plays an important role in arrhythmia diagnosis.
