雾化吸入辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德液联合特布他林液雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)的疗效及安全性。方法慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的患者100例,随机分治疗组及对照组各50例。两组基础治疗相同,治疗组辅予布地奈德液联合特布他林液雾化吸入,对照组辅予α-糜蛋白酶、庆大霉素雾化吸入。两组在治疗前及治疗后第3天、第6天行肺功能及动脉血气分析检查。治疗14 d为1个疗程,观察两组的效果。结果治疗组患者临床症状及体征迅速改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察期内无不良反应,各项生化及生命指标均正常。结论布地奈德液联合特布他林液雾化吸入治疗COPD急性发作期,临床症状缓解迅速,降低气道高反应性疗效肯定,可缩短病程,且方便、安全,观察期内无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To discuss the efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with terbutaline liquid atomization inhalation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation(AECOPD).Methods: The 100 cases of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute phase were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The foundation treatment was the same in both of the groups.The treatment group received budesonide combined with terbutaline liquid atomization inhalation while the control group had alpha chymotrypsin and gentamicin atomizing inhalation.The pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were made in 3 d,6 d before and after treatment in the two groups.The course was 14 d for the period of treatment and the effects on the two groups were observed.Results: There was more significant improvement of the clinical symptoms in the treatment group compared with the control group(P 0.05 or P 0.01).There was no adverse reaction in the observation period and the biological index were normal.Conclusion: Budesonide combined with terbutaline liquid atomization inhalation treatment of COPD acute phase can relieve the clinical symptoms rapidly and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness effectively,which has a shorter duration of symptoms,is convenient and safe,has no adverse reactions observation period and thus is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
