闽台高新技术产业战略联盟构建及绩效评价研究

Taiwan and Fujian new hi-tech industry strategic union construction and perfor-Mance evaluation research

随着日趋激烈的各个国家或地区之间的高科技竞争,跨国或跨区域合作已经成为一种新的联合竞争方式,而构建高新技术产业战略联盟则成为提升区域高科技竞争力和经济实力一种重要的合作形式。本文分析了后ECFA时代构建闽台高新技术产业战略联盟的必要性、闽台高新技术产业战略联盟现状及路径选择,并尝试采用平衡计分卡对其进行绩效评价。

With the increasingly fierce competition in high-tech industry between countries or regions,the transnational or trans-regional cooperation has become a new form of united competition,and the construction of strategic alliance between Fujian and Taiwan in high and new technology industry is an important cooperative form to enhance regional competitiveness in high-tech and economy.This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the strategic alliance between Fujian and Taiwan in high and new technology industry,the current situation of the alliance,and the ways to construct it,then tries to use the BSC to evaluate the performance of it.
