基于城市观察体系的历史街区更新策略探析

Probing into history street renovation strategy based on urban observation system

本文通过梳理城市观察理论的研究视角,反思当前实践中存在的系列问题,尝试建立一个"时间属性—物质属性—事件属性"三维的观察体系,从系统的角度依次解读城市历史街区中的具体特征。该体系将场地中若干关联特征串接起来,形成三个抽象的概念系统。在此基础上,提出场地更新的应对策略。

By sorting the research perspective of urban observation theory and introspecting with the historical districts conservation practice,the essay tries to construct a ＂Time-Construction-Incident＂ observation system,which can be used to reveal some idiographicly urban features.The system organizes relevant features of a historical area into three abstract concepts.On the basis of this system,the author put forward several regeneration strategies in historical districts.
