摘要
本文采用实证研究的方法探讨了印象管理策略对组织公民行为的影响,以及领导成员交换在这种影响中的中介作用。本文通过对收集的数据进行统计分析,结果表明印象管理的三个维度,即上司聚焦、工作聚焦和自我聚焦均正向影响组织公民行为;领导成员交换在印象管理对组织公民行为的影响中起到部分的中介作用,领导成员交换在上司聚焦、工作聚焦和自我聚焦对组织公民行为的影响中都起到了部分中介作用。研究结论丰富了印象管理与组织公民行为之间的文献研究,具有一定的理论与实践意义。
This paper empirically explores the relationship between Impression management and Organizational citizenship behavior,and Mediating effect of Leader-member Exchange on this relationship.The result from statistical analysis of the data shows that Boss-focused,Job-focused and Self-focused of the Impression management have a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior.Leader-member Exchange has a mediating effect on the relationship between impression management and organizational citizenship behavior.Leader-member Exchange has a mediating effect on the relationship between Boss-focused,Job-focused,self-focused and organizational citizenship behavior.This research develops the literature of the relationship between impression management and organizational citizenship behavior,and has some theoretical and practical significance.
