深圳市原关外地区居民住房选择及其影响因素分析——以石岩街道为例的实证分析

Original SEZ district citizen housing selection and its influence factor analysis—demonstrative analy sis of Shiyan street

利用调查问卷的方式,以及列联表分析、多项逻辑回归分析方法对深圳原关外地区———石岩街道的居民住房选择及其影响因素进行了分析。主要结论如下:①户籍对于居民的居住方式选择是一个较重要的影响因素;②居住时间也是影响住房选择的一个因素;③当地无户籍人口的买房意愿或可能性较低,除了上述两个因素外,这与他们的收入水平不高也可能有一定关系。

Questionnaire method,contingency table analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to study people＇s residential choice of Shiyan,Shenzhen.Conclusions of the study were as follows：1 registered permanent residence was an important influencing factor for people＇s residential choice;2 residence time was an important influencing factor,too;3 it＇s low possibility for the people without local hukou to purchase a house.This may have a certain relationship with their low income level,except those two reasons above.
