大孔树脂精制黄芩中黄芩苷的工艺研究 被引量:3

Study on the refining process of baicalin from Skullcap using Macroporous resin

摘要 【目的】确定大孔吸附树脂纯化黄芩苷的工艺条件。【方法】以黄芩苷为检测指标,优选大孔树脂精制纯化黄芩提取液中黄芩苷的最佳工艺。【结果】选用YWD06B型大孔树脂,以提取液4BV(Bed volume)直接上样,用2BV蒸馏水,4BV的70%乙醇依次洗脱,洗脱速度为2BV/h,所得黄芩苷含量达95%以上。【结论】YWD06B型树脂可较好的精制纯化黄芩提取液中的黄芩苷,且该工艺简单易行,为工业化生产提供了方法依据。 [Objective ] To study the conditions of refining process of baicalin from Skullcap using the macroporous adsorption resin. [Method] Using the content of baicalin as the indicator, the best technology parameters of purification of baicalin from Scutellaria extract were determined through the macroporous resin. [Results] YWD06B macroporous resin was the most effective to purify the baicalin in eight resins, the 95% baicalin extraction from ScuteUaria extract was obtained using the 70% ethanol solution as elution solvent with the 2BV/h velocity. [Conclusion ] Baicalin was purified using the YWD06B macroporous resin and this process is simple, provides a method for industrial production.
