【目的】探讨胆囊息肉外科治疗的负面效应。【方法】以7026名体检人员为研究对象,分析胆囊息肉检出率;以283名行胆囊息肉手术的患者为研究对象,观察术后负面效应发生情况;查阅文献获取胆囊息肉手术后负面效应发生情况及其恶变情况的数据。【结果】胆囊息肉总体检出率为3.22%,我院胆囊息肉术后负面效应发生率为16.61%。将相关文献结果进行汇总,845例行胆囊切除术患者,负面效应发生率为6.15%。7篇文献共报道胆囊息肉恶变率为4.21%。【结论】扩大化的外科治疗胆囊息肉给患者带来的负面效应远甚于息肉本身恶变给患者带来的负面效应,胆囊息肉外科治疗需慎之又慎。

[Conclusion] Expansion of surgical treatment for patients, gallbladder polyps of the negative effect than polyps itself to bring evil change patients the negative effe.
