MR弥散加权成像在外周带早期前列腺癌诊断中的应用研究 被引量:2

Application study of the early diagnosis of prostate cancer peripheral zone on MR diffusion weighted imaging

摘要 前列腺癌是老年男性常见疾病,不同程度影响患者生存质量和预期寿命.在欧美国家前列腺癌是成年男性最常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅此于肺癌[1,2].前列腺癌的早期发现、合理治疗将直接影响患者预后[3].MRI能准确区分前列腺各解剖区带,在前列腺疾病诊断中有独特优势.弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)能无创检测活体组织中水分子扩散情况,在肿瘤的检出和诊断中亦具有重要价值[4-6].我们对该课题进行了研究,以探讨DWI在早期前列腺癌诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值.
