摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)对于细胞的生长、分裂、分化和凋亡具有重要的调节作用。骨质疏松是一种严重危害人类健康和生活的疾病,具有发病率高特点。近年来的研究发现,MAPK信号通路在成骨细胞增值分化中起重要作用。本文对MAPK在成骨细胞中的作用进行简要综述。 Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) plays an important role in the cell growth, division, differentiation and apoptosis. Osteoporosis has a serious hazard to human health, and its morbidity is very high. Recently, it has been shown in many reports that there is an important role in proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.This article reviews the effect of MAPK in osteoblasts.
