摘要
品管圈是现代护理质量得到持续质量改进的有力保障。本文从品管圈的概述、品管圈在护理中的实施方法以及品管圈在护理管理中的应用三个方面进行综述,为护理管理者提供新的思路平台以便更好的服务于患者。
Quality control circle（QCC） guarantees the continuing improvement of the modern nursing in recent years.This paper reviewed QCC from its overview, execution method in modern nursing and nursing management in order to provide new prospective for nurse managers,then leading to better delivered services to patients.
