摘要
真空碳酸钾脱硫后的废碱液含氰化物、硫化物高,这种废碱液对生化细菌毒性很大,难于处理。通过工艺改进,只用K2CO3(KOH)脱硫,取消NaOH脱硫。改进后的工艺,NaOH碱耗每月净减少约700t,每月减少外排废液量约7 000t,煤气含H2S指标达标(小于200mg/m3)。
In the waste lye after the vacuum potash desulphurization process,the content of cyanide and sulfide was high.This wastelye was toxic to the biochemical bacteria,and difficult to be handled.The improvement of the desulfurization proces was only using K2CO3(KOH)instead of NaOH.Then the consumption of NaOH decreases by 700tmonthly,the emission of the liquid waste decreases by 7 000tmonthly,and the H2S content of coke oven gas reaches the requirement of the standard(less than 200 mg/m3).
