电器故障致传动装置异响的判断与分析

Judgment and analysis of the abnormal sound caused by electrical failure

在设备机械轴传动的过程中,经常遇到运行机构的异常响声,而响声发出的地方,不一定就是出现故障的地方,因而异常的"响声"给故障判断带来了一定的迷惑,有时甚至出现因为响声原因的判断不准确而导致错误的检修,既浪费了物力和人力,还耽误了生产。以吊车的传动机构为例,从异常"响声"的角度入手,结合日常设备故障处理的经验,对电气故障产生的机械轴传动异响进行了分析,剖析了电气故障能够产生异响的原因,总结排除异响的方法。

During the running of driving shaft,the abnormal noise is often occurred.But the place where the abnormal noisce occurs sometimes is not the place where the failure occurs,so the abnormal＂noise＂brought some confuses,sometimes even led the wrong judgment and uncorrect maintenance,which not only wastes the material and human,but also influences the production.In this paper,the driving mechanism of the crane is taken as an example,the abnormal noise of the driving shaft caused by the electrical failure is analyzed from the aspect of the＂abnormal noise＂and combined with the daily maintenance experience and relevent reasons which cause the abnormal noise.This paper also summarizes the method how to eliminate abnormal sound.
