水热法合成V_2O_5纳米棒及电化学性能 被引量:2

摘要 通过简单、无需催化剂和模板的水热合成路径,制备五氧化二钒(V2O5)纳米棒。用XRD、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和充放电测试等方法对制备的样品进行分析。制备的V2O5纳米棒具有较高的结晶度,长度达到数微米,宽度和厚度分别为50 nm和20~30 nm。制备的V2O5纳米棒以1.00 A/g的电流在1.50~3.75 V充放电,比容量能稳定在140 mAh/g左右。 Vanadium pentoxide( V2O5 )nanorods were synthesized through a simple hydrothermal route ,without using any catalysts and templates. The obtained samples were analyzed by XRD, field emission scanning electron microscopy ( FESEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and charge-discharge tests. The length of the highly crystalline V2O5 nanorods was up to several micrometers,while the width and thickness were about 50 nm and 20 - 30 nm, respectively. When charged-discharged in 1.50 - 3.75 V with the current of 1.00 A/g,the specific capacity of prepared V2O5 nanorods could be stable around 140 mAh/g.
