摘要
采用微波法制备Li2Fe1-x-yMnxNiySiO4/C复合正极材料,用XRD、SEM、恒流充放电及交流阻抗测试等方法对材料进行分析,研究锰和镍的掺杂量对硅酸亚铁锂结构及性能的影响。制备的材料属正交晶系,颗粒细小,呈类球形,粒径约为100~150 nm,团聚不明显。以C/16在1.5~4.8 V充放电,x=y=0.2的样品首次放电比容量为119.17 mAh/g。
Li2Fe1-x-yMnxNiySiO4/C composite was prepared by microwave method. The material was analyzed by XRD, SEM, galvanostatic charge-discharge and A.C. impedance to study the effects of Mn and Ni doping amounts to the structure and performance of silicate ferrous lithium. The prepared materials belonged to orthorhombic system, the particles was small with the ball-liked shape,about 100 - 150 nm. When cycled at C/16 in 1.5 - 4. 8 V, the material in which x - y = 0. 2 had the initial discharge capacity of 119. 17 mAh/g.
