稳定剂对改性沥青热储存稳定性的影响研究

Research on the influence of stabilizer on the performance of SBS modified asphalt

为了分析SBS改性沥青热储存稳定性和自主研发稳定剂的效果,进行多种稳定剂性能对比试验。本课题使用4种改性沥青稳定剂,对改性沥青长期热存储性能进行分析,并对稳定剂的最佳掺量进行研究。试验结果表明,改性沥青的性能均会随热存储时间的延长出现衰减;稳定剂的添加量在0.1%—0.15%之间最为适宜。

In order to analysis the SBS modified asphalt thermal storage stability and stabilizer mechanism, a variety of stabilizers contrast experiment was carried out. This topic using four kinds of modified asphalt stabilizers, analyze the long-time heat storage performance of modified asphalt, the optimum content of stabilizer were studied as well. The experimental results showed that the performance of the modified asphalt as decay heat storage time. The dose of stabilizers between 0.1% and 0.15% was most appropriate.
