磨浆对竹浆和麦草浆成纸性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本研究利用PFI磨对漂白硫酸盐竹浆与麦草浆的磨浆特性及其成纸性能进行对比研究。研究发现相同磨浆转数下,麦草浆打浆度高于竹浆。随着打浆度的增加,竹浆和竹浆长纤维的抗张指数、耐破指数、耐折度上升,撕裂指数先上升后下降;麦草浆和麦草浆长纤维的撕裂指数下降,抗张指数、耐破指数、耐折度先上升后下降。相同打浆度下,竹浆和竹浆长纤维的成纸撕裂指数、耐折度高于麦草浆和麦草浆长纤维,抗张指数低于麦草浆和麦草浆长纤维。 This paper mainly focused on the refining and paper properties of kraft bamboo pulp and wheat straw pulp by PFI mill. The results showed that beating degree of the wheat straw pulp is higher than that of bamboo pulp at the same PFI revolution. With the increase of beating degree, the tensile index, burst index and folding endurance of bamboo pulp kept rising, but the tear index first rose then dropped. The tensile index, burst index and folding endurance of wheat straw pulp first rose then dropped, but the tear index kept dropping. The bamboo pulp had a higher tensile index and folding endurance but lower tensile index than the wheat straw pulp at the same beating degree.
