以纤维素纤维为成孔剂的多孔磷酸钙吸附剂的制备与吸附性能

摘要 本文以一定摩尔比的氢氧化钙与磷酸反应,生成磷酸钙,与适量的纤维素纤维成孔剂分散混合均匀后,经120℃烘箱烘干至不流动,然后送入950℃马弗炉烧结,得到比表面积为50.57m2/g的多孔磷酸钙。实验就多孔磷酸钙的粒径、吸附时间、温度和用量对吸附性能的影响进行了研究,同时也对多孔磷酸钙表面微孔结构进行了观察分析。结果表明,多孔磷酸钙表面块状结构体上出现不规则的表面微孔结构,有很多的蜂窝状孔洞,外形呈珊瑚状;在温度20~30℃,吸附时间12d时,对氨气吸附量为743mg/g,甲醛吸附量达426mg/g。 Porous calcium phosphate was prepared by the reaction of calcium hydroxide and phosphate in a certain mole ratio with a moderate amount of pore-forming agent. Porous calcium phosphate with a specific surface area of 50.57m2/g was created after drying to not flow at 120℃and entering in muffle furnace at 950℃. The effects of porous calcium phosphate size, adsorption time, temperature and dosage on the adsorption properties was studied, surface microporous structure of porous calcium phosphate was observed and analyzed at the same time. The result showed that, the massive structuers of porous calcium phosphate appeared irregular surface microporous structure, with lots of honeycomb holes and a shape of coral. As the temperature was in the range of 20℃ to 30℃ , adsorption time of 12 days, the best adsorption effect of ammonia and formaldehyde was obtaind, then the adsorption quantity of ammonia was 743rag/g, formaldehyde was 426mg/g.
