This paper introduces the present status of the FARREL roller milling machine made in Italy at Guang zhou Paper CO. Ltd and the plan for its technical reform and upgrading. After completing the reform, the machine works well and can meet the requirement of undertaking the rollers milling needed for the annual newsprint produc tion of 0.4 million tons. And the investment of the machine reforming is about half of that of installing a new milling machine.
