摘要
利用顶空气相色谱技术考察了平衡时间、温度对BCTMP纸页中甲醇释放量的影响。结果表明,甲醇的初始释放量与时间呈线性关系,与温度呈指数关系,据此建立了甲醇向空气中释放的经验模型:CMethanol=()0.00028t+0.00341.e0.05991T,验证发现,该模型可以很好地预测BCTMP纸页中甲醇的初始释放量(R2)=0.994。根据模型预测了不同温度下达到国家室内甲醇浓度限值50mg/m3所需的时间,如室温20℃下需要4d。
This paper investigated the release behavior of methanol in bleached chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) paper sheet at the given temperature range and equilibration time, based on headspace gas chromatogra- phy ( HS - GC). The results showed that the amount of methanol released from the pulp at initial phase of the stor- age was linearly proportional to the time but exponentially increased with temperature. A kinetics model for predic- ting the emission of methanol from the BCTMP paper sheet was established, i. e. , CMeOH = (0. 00028 t + 0. 00341) " e5991T The model can be used to determine the required time to reach at the indoor concentration limits of methanol (50mg/m3) (the National regulation) at different temperatures, e. g. , 4 days at 20℃
