摘要 为了从成山角东北水域的推荐定线制方案中选出一个最佳的方案,同时也要最大程度满足各用海单位的意见。基于多准则决策理论,以问卷调查的方式决定评估准则,并用多准则层次分析法获得各个准则的权重。最后以理想点法(TOPSIS)进行方案的排序,依此模式获得成山角水域船舶定线制的最佳推荐方案。 For selecting an optimum routeing scheme for Chenshanjiao area to satisfy opinions of most users in the area to the greatest extent,the evaluation criteria are determined through questionnaires,and following the theory of Multiple Criteria Decision-Making,the weights of the criteria are obtained by AHP.The draft solutions are ranked by means of the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) and the best recommended traffic routeing scheme of Chenshanjiao area is determined.
