姬松茸多糖对铅中毒雄性大鼠的抗氧化作用 被引量:13

Effects of Polysaccharides from Agaricus Blazei Murill on the Antioxidant Activity in Lead-poisoning Male Rats

摘要 目的:探讨姬松茸多糖对铅中毒大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:选择45日龄SD雄性大鼠48只,随机分为6组:正常对照组、多糖对照组、铅中毒模型组、姬松茸多糖低、中、高剂量组。其中姬松茸多糖低、中、高剂量组和铅中毒模型组均给予含0.2%醋酸铅饮水,自由饮用。其他组饮用蒸馏水。多糖对照组、低、中、高剂量组分别按每天每只100,50,100,200 mg/kg体重灌服姬松茸多糖液,其他组灌服相同容量的生理盐水。饲养60d后,取大鼠肝脏、肾脏、心脏和血清,分别测定SOD、GSH-Px、CAT和MDA等指标。结果:与正常对照组相比,铅中毒组SOD活力下降,差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA水平极显著升高(P<0.01),多糖对照组GSH-Px活力升高,差异极显著(P<0.01)。与铅中毒组相比,多糖对照组SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活力极显著升高(P<0.01),MDA水平极显著下降(P<0.01);中剂量组MDA水平下降(P<0.01),肾脏和血清中SOD活力升高,差异极显著(P<0.01);高剂量组中CAT活力升高,差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05);肝脏和血清中GSH-Px活力升高,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:姬松茸多糖能提高抗氧化酶活力,对铅致大鼠脂质过氧化损伤具有保护作用。 Object:To investigate the effects of polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei Murill on the antioxidant activity in lead-poisoning rats,Method:In the test,48 healthy 45-day-old SD male rats were randomly divided into six groups:control group:lead-poisoning model group,polysaccharides control group,low,middle and high dose groups.Low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group and lead-poisoning model group were given 0.2% lead acetate water for free drink,besides others were treated with distilled water.Polysaccharides control group,low,middle and high dose groups were treated with 100,50,100 and 200 mg/kg(weight) polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei murill) respectively every day,once a day,and others were administered the same capacity of NaCl(0.9% After 8 weeks treatment,the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in liver,kidney,heart and serum were detected.Result:The results showed that lead induced significant decreases(P0.01 or P0.05) in SOD activity and significant increases(P0.01)in MDA level in lead-poisoning group,compared with the control group.Meanwhile GSH-Px activity in polysaccharides control group increased,and the difference was significant(P0.01) when Compared to the control group.Compared with the lead-poisoning group,there was a obvious increment(P0.01 in the activity of GSH-Px,SOD and CAT and reduction in MDA content(P0.01) in polysaccharides control group,a marked advance in SOD activity in kidney and serum(P0.01) and a extreme decline in MDA content(P0.01) in the middle dose group,a significant increment in GSH-Px activity of liver and Serum and CAT activity(P 0.01 or P 0.05) in the high dose group.Conclusion:It was indicated polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei Murill can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes and alleviate the lipid peroxidation injury induced by lead on rats.
