地鳖多肽对北虫草虫草菌素产量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:提高北虫草液体发酵虫草菌素产量。方法:以泰山北虫草菌为材料,比较液体发酵过程中菌丝体和发酵液中虫草菌素产量的变化,在虫草菌素产量达到最高的第7天,发酵液中虫草菌素产量是菌丝体的4倍。通过在液体发酵过程中添加地鳖多肽,研究地鳖多肽添加时间和添加量对发酵液中虫草菌素产量的影响。结果:在北虫草菌液体发酵的第3天添加4 mg地鳖多肽,继续发酵至第7天,发酵液中虫草菌素产量达到最高,为55.43μg/mL(p<0.01),接近于空白组的2倍。添加多肽不影响虫草菌素的代谢周期。结论:添加地鳖多肽可提高北虫草虫草菌素含量。 Objective:The production of cordycepin was increased in the process of liquid fermentation.Methods:Taking Cordyceps taishanensis as material,the change of cordycepin production had been compared between mycelia and culture broth in the progress of liquid fermentation.The highest cordycepin production was achieved on the 7th day,and the production in culture broth was 4 times of mycelia.Based on the results above,the effect of adding Eupolyphage peptide on cordycepin production has been researched through researching the adding time and content.Results:The highest production of culture broth was achieved with adding 4 mg peptide in the third day of fermentation.The production was 55.43 μg/mL(p0.01),which was about 2 times of the bank,and the metabolism of the cordycepin was not influenced.Conclusion:The production of cordycepin was increased by adding Eupolyphaga peptide.
