摘要
随着科技期刊体制改革的全面铺开,科技期刊领导者和编辑之间的关系相应发生了变化。基于科技期刊编辑部本身存在的诸多问题,科技期刊编辑部必须转变思路,提高对人力资源自身价值的认识,重视开发人力资源的潜力,人力资源管理模式理应做出相应调整,通过转换科技期刊编辑部用人机制,改变管理方法并完善绩效考核制度,提高科技期刊的核心竞争力。
Along with the employment system in the process of reform of system of science and technology periodical editorial department in full swing, the ministry of science and technology journal editors and the relationship between employees and gradually change. Technology-based editorial office many inherent problems, the ministry of science and technology journal editors should change their thinking, enhance their awareness of the value of human re- sources, emphasis on the potential development of human resources, change management methods and improve the performance appraisal system, then it could improve the competitiveness of science and technology periodicals.
