摘要
本文详细论述了对铝阳极氧化膜进行封闭处理的七种方法。重点讨论了常用的热水封闭法,阐述了它的封闭机理,探讨了它的影响因素,并提出了它的三个主要缺点:高温、粉霜及流色。然后针对这三个问题分别研究了三种解决办法。对于粉霜,提出了用大分子膦化物可作良好的粉霜抑制剂。对于流色及提高耐蚀性,介绍了醋酸镍封闭法、双重封闭法等。最后针对高温,介绍了目前在铝氧化领域引人注目的低温(或称常温)封闭法。探讨了氟化镍的作用机理,研究了常温封闭剂的配方组成及操作条件,以及与之相配合的前处理及后处理,使封闭的效果更佳。最后介绍了氧化膜封闭质量的检验方法,即染色吸收试验法 ISO2143及酸溶解法 ISO3210。
Seven sealing techniques for the sealing of anodized aluminium are discussed in detail,in which emphysis is laid on the widely used hydro-thermal sealing technique.Both its sealing mechanism and influence factors are described.In addition,its three major problems known as high temperature,sealing bloom and dye leaching are listed,and the ways to solve them discussed respectively.As for sealing bloom,it is suggested to use macromolecular phos- phide compound as bloom preventing agent,while for leaching and increasing corrosion re- sistance,nickel acetate sealing method and duplex sealing technique are introduced.Instead of high temperature,the cold sealing method,which is a noticeable technique in aluminium anodization field nowadays,is described.The sealing mechanism of nickel fluoride,which is different from the conventional hydro-thermal sealing,the composifion and the operating condi- tions of cold sealing agent are all investigated.Furthermore,the pretreatment and posttreat- men,sometimes necessary for cold sealing technique to better its quality,are also presented. Finally,the test methods for determining the quality of seals,such as dye absorption test ISO 2143 and acid dissolution test ISO 3210,are given.(p.15-20)
