摘要
马绍尧教授认为湿疹的发生与心、肺、脾三脏功能失调有关,与脾关系最为密切;辨治时,治脾以健运为要,祛邪以祛湿为先,重视清热解毒;日常调护强调护脾。
This paper introduces Prof.Ma’s experience in differentiating and treating eczema from spleen.It is argued that the occurrence of eczema is associated with dysfunction of heart,lung and spleen.Treating spleen should emphasize transportation;eliminating evil factors should clear dampness firstly.Clearing heat and removing toxicity should be paid attention,and spleen protection should be emphasized in daily care.
