电镀技术在煤矿机械制造业中的应用及进展

Applications and Development of Electroplating Technology in Coal Mine Machinery Industry

对于电镀技术在煤矿机械上的应用,本文通过大量的调查工作,收集了国内外著名的十家厂商的产品,剖析它所用的是什么镀层及镀层的厚度,归纳成两大类:一类是防护-耐磨性镀层、如硬铬、乳白铬及乳白铬/硬铬和铜锡合金/硬铬;另一类是防护性镀层,如锌镀层及镉镀层,并分别论述了各种镀层的优缺点和适用范围。此后,又对煤矿机械制逄业中电镀技术的进展作了探讨,特别论述了像同质异构三层微裂纹铬、镀锌/磷化/涂膜、电镀锌镍合金及化学镀镍等表面处理新技术在煤矿机械上的应用。

For the application of electroplating technologies to coal mine machinery,a wide investiga- tion has been done and information of the products from ten known manufacturers at home and abroad collected.The types and thickness of their coatings are analysed and classified into two categories:1.protective-wear resistant coatings,such as hard Cr,milk-like Cr,milk-like Cr/hard Cr and Cu-Sn/hard Cr;2.protective coatings,such as Zn and Cd coatings.Their ad- vantages,disadvantages and limitations are stated respectively.Then,the advance of electropla- ring technologies in coal mine machinery industry,esp.the application of such new surface treatment technologies as isometric three-layer microcrack Cr,Zn plating/phosphating/film coating,Zn-Ni alloy plating and electroless Ni plating to coal mine machinery,are discussed.
