中药升降浮沉研究相关问题探讨

Discussion on Ascending-descending-floating-sinking Theory of Chinese Medicine

中药升降浮沉理论是中药药性理论的重要组成部分和临床用药的重要原则。其现代定义是药物作用于机体后产生的上、下、外、内4种趋向,但其研究现状并不乐观,主要表现为:明确升降浮沉归属的药物数量有限,大多数混乱不统一;理论研究无突破;实验研究严重缺乏等。产生这些问题的根本原因是中药升降浮沉缺少合理的研究假说。针对中药升降浮沉现代内涵的争议,整理分析已有升降浮沉归属的药物,评析实验研究现状,以期从中发现中药升降浮沉理论的研究思路。

The ascending-descending-floating-sinking theory is a important component of Chinese medicinal property and principle of clinical medication,which definition is the four tendency of Chinese medicine in human body： up,down,outer,inside.Actually the related studies are not encouraging,which mainly manifested as follows： unambiguous property,theoretical research didn’t break through and serious lack of experimental study.The cause of these problems was that modern connotation of ascending-descending-floating-sinking has not been cleared.This paper listed the controversy of modern connotation,analyzed medicinal property and present situation of experimental study,in order to find research ideas of the ascending-descending-floating-sinking theory.
