摘要
为改善中医专业学生临床诊断学问诊教学质量,从问诊的基本方法、内容、顺序,常见疾病的特点、演变过程,以及增加医患沟通能力等方面,利用模拟病人对88名中医专业本科及7年制学生进行了强化问诊训练,并与未经过强化问诊训练的学生进行对照评价。结果显示,经过强化问诊训练的学生诊断学期末考试成绩及问诊考核成绩均明显优于未经过强化问诊训练的学生(P<0.05)。
To improve the quality of teaching for inquiry in diagnostics teaching in TCM majors,this paper introduces the intensive inquiry training in TCM majors from the basic approach,contents,order of the inquiry,characteristics and evolution of common diseases,doctor-patient communication etc.A comparative evaluation between the students underwent intensive inquiry training and traditional training.The result showed that students underwent intensive inquiry training got higher marks in the final examination that those were not trained(P&lt;0.05).
