摘要
目的:观察复律宁颗粒对大鼠心律失常的保护作用。方法:将100只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、普罗帕酮组及复律宁颗粒大、中、小剂量组,每组20只。各组连续干预1周,末次干预30 min后从大鼠股静脉分别推注乌头碱或氯化钙,记录Ⅱ导心电图,观察大鼠室性早搏(VPB)、室性心动过速(VT)、心室颤动(VF)及心脏停搏(CA)出现的时间。结果:复律宁颗粒能不同程度延缓乌头碱或氯化钙引发的VPB、VT、VF、CA的发生(P<0.05),并呈一定的剂量依赖性(P<0.05)。结论:复律宁颗粒可多途径防治心律失常。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of "Fulvning Granule" on arrhythmia in rats.Methods: One hundred SD rats were randomized into blank group,Propafenone group and "Fulvning Granule" groups(large,medium,small dose),20 rats in each group.The rats were treated continuously for 1 week.The aconitine and calcium chloride was injected after 30 min treatment of the last time and the ECG was recorded.The times of VPB,VT,VF and CA were recorded.Results: "Fulvning Granule" can delay the time of VPB,VT,VF and CA induced by aconitine or calcium chloride(P&lt;0.05),with a dose-dependent manner(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion: "Fulvning Granule" can prevent and treat arrhythmia by different ways.
