摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3,3,3-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)为主单体,以含氟乳化剂、AEO-9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)为复合乳化剂乳液聚合而成硅氟整理剂。将合成的硅氟整理剂用于精纺毛织物整理,发现可在毛织物的表面形成一层膜,使其表面张力显著降低,并小于一般液体,从而表现出拒水防污易去污功能。观察比较整理前后织物拒水、拒油、易去污效果,并分析整理前后织物的强度变化发现:经过特殊整理的羊毛织物表现出良好的拒水防污以及易去污功能,拒水效果能达到4级,防污去污性能效果可达5级;与原试样相比,织物断裂强力在一定范围内随整理液浓度增加而增大,断裂伸长率在一定范围内出现波动。
With eight methyl ring four micro-powder(D4),1,3,5-trimethyltris(3,3,3-trifluoropyropyl) cyclotrisiloxane as fluorine-containing monomers,emulsifier AEO-9(vinyl ether was gathered oxygen) as the composite emulsifier,they can get the silicon and fluorine finishing agent by the emulsion polymerization.Synthetic silicon and fluorine finishing agent,which forms a layer of film in the wool fabric surface and makes its surface tension significantly reduced less than the average liquid,is covered on the wool fabric,which shows water repellency and stain resistance function.Compared with the original sample,the processed wool fabric shows better in the water and antifouling decontamination function,such as,water repellency can reach the level 4,antifouling and decontamination performance can be up to grade 5,fabric breaking strength increases with the increase of finishing liquid density in a certain range,elongation at break fluctuates in a certain range.
