羊毛织物苯甲醛衍生物无染料印花研究 被引量:1

Study on dye-free printing of wool fabric based on benzaldehyde derivatives

摘要 在强酸及耐酸性增稠剂条件下分别使用对羟基苯甲醛(PHBA)及3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(MSDS)2种反应单体作为印花糊料,比较了不同质量分数的PHBA及MSDS对印花织物彩度值a*的影响,并通过实验考察了不同质量分数的3,4-二羟基苯甲醛、浓硝酸及汽蒸时间对显色结果的影响。研究表明:MSDS作为反应单体更具活泼性,在较低的反应条件下即能使织物显色,又能采用较少用量达到较高的给色量高,且色泽鲜艳。经测试,处理后的织物手感、力学性能基本没有变化,具有较高的摩擦牢度及匀染性。 The acid-resistant and colorless thickener which were printed on the wool contained 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde(PHBA)or 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(MSDS)at acidic condition.According to the chromaticity value(a*),the influence of different concentration of PHBA and MSDS can be judged.Then the factors such as mass fraction and time that affected the coloration were studied.The experiments indicated that the MSDS was more active to react with the protein fiber.Further more,the wool can be colored even the dosage of MSDS was low and under the low condition.Experiments showed that the color was bright yellow,with high washing and rubbing fastness as well as comfortable handle.
