羊毛/锦纶混纺坯布染色问题的解决方法

文章以宜和仑染料染羊毛/锦纶混纺坯布为例,解决了羊毛与锦纶混纺坯布做匹染易出现条花、夹花等质量问题。通过羊毛与锦纶散毛同浴染色试验,对比羊毛与锦纶同浴染色的散纤维颜色的色光差异和深度差异,来筛选染料和助剂,同时检测升温过程染料的上色率,重新调整染色工艺,再根据确定的处方和工艺做匹染放样试验,坯布检验合格后即可批量生产。但并不是所有羊毛/锦纶混纺布都适合用宜合染料染色,当生产中遇到问题时,要具体问题具体分析。

Dyeing with Neolan dye P to wool/nylon blended loom-state-fabric,it can solve the problem of colored spot,dyeing defect.It selected the dyes and assistants with the tests.By compared the color depth and difference of color,the tests were wool and nylon fiber dyed respectively.The dye uptake was tested in the dyeing process,and then it adjusted the process factors to dye the lofting technique,but it was not approprinte to all wool/nylon blended fabric dyeing with Neolan dyes.
