产前慢性缺氧对子代大鼠心脏质量及结构的影响

摘要 目的研究产前慢性缺氧对子代大鼠心脏结构的影响。方法 SD孕鼠25只,按电脑随机数字法均分为4个缺氧组(早期缺氧组、中期缺氧组、后期缺氧组、全期缺氧组)和空白对照组,每组各5只。出生子代大鼠分别于1 d龄、1月龄、3月龄、6月龄每组随机各取雌雄子鼠5只。监测缺氧对子鼠体质量、心脏质量的影响;检测子鼠心肌纤维直径;免疫组织化学方法测定心脏胶原Ⅰ、胶原Ⅲ的表达。结果产前慢性缺氧可导致仔鼠:(1)出生低体质量;(2)心脏质量指数增加;(3)6月龄时始出现心肌纤维直径增加(P<0.05),以妊娠中期缺氧组最明显。(4)6月龄时始出现心脏胶原Ⅰ、胶原Ⅲ的表达增加(P<0.05),以妊娠中期缺氧组最明显。结论产前慢性缺氧可致成年子代大鼠低出生体质量、心脏质量指数增加、心肌纤维增粗、心脏胶原表达增加。
