50名实习护生与患者沟通情况调查

Investigation on communication between nursing students and patients

目的了解实习护生与患者沟通方面的薄弱点。方法 2011年9月—2012年6月对50位实习护生采用自行设计问卷进行调查。结果有28%的护生自评沟通能力较强,有86%的护生认为有待提高语言沟通能力,护生一致认识到护患沟通的重要性。但绝大多数人沟通能力普遍处于中低水平;以语言沟通为主,且有待进一步提高语言沟通能力;对非语言沟通认知程度带局限性。结论通过分析护生与患者沟通的影响因素并提出提高护生沟通能力的建议。

Objective To understand the status of communication between nursing students and patients. Methods A total of 50 nursing students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire from September 2011 to June 2012. Results The nursing students unanimously recognized the importance of nurse-patient communication. Most of them were commonly in middle or low level of communication, and the language communication was the first, which needed to be raised in ability further. At the same time, their nonverbal communication was limited. Conclusions The status of communication between nursing students and patients is relatively poor. Therefore, we should promote the nursing students to raise their communicative ability.
