Present Status and Future View of China Soybean Protein Industry

就我国大豆蛋白行业现状做概括总结,分析了该行业现存的突出问题,以及与美国、日本存在的差距,剖析了问题存在的根源。根据我国的农业产业政策及行业发展规划,结合大豆蛋白行业的自身特点,提出作者本人的建议,期望引起从业者及有关部门的重视,从而改变我国大豆蛋白行业长期处于低水平重复建设、产品单一、技术含量低、价格竞争激烈、利润微薄,在细分市场没有话语权的现状。

In this paper, the present situation of soybean protein industry in China was summarized, with the existing problems analyzed and the gaps between China and developed countries as United States and Japan listed. Potential reasons for the difference were also elucidated. Suggestions were given according to China agriculture industry policies and industry development programmes, the characteristics of soybean protein industry, as well as the experience and analysis of the authors. Attention from both industries and government were expected as to change present soybean industry status of China due that the low-level repeated construction, leanness of the product series, lack of high technologies, intense price competition, narrow profit margins had been existed for quite long time, and discourse power of China soybean protein industry in the subdivision markets were also in great need to be improved.
