中枢神经系统损伤所致痉挛的姿势管理策略 被引量:1

摘要 基于中枢神经损伤所致痉挛障碍病理学机制的认识,结合日常生活活动内容,分析中枢神经损伤患者卧位、躯干直立位等姿势下痉挛发生的特点,并对痉挛管理策略进行系统性评述;认为基于任务导向的静态与动态姿势管理策略对中枢神经损伤所致痉挛的控制具有重要意义。 This article systematically summarizes the management strategies of spasticity and analyzes the spasticity under recumbent position and erect body position based on the pathological mechanism of spasticity that caused by central lesion combining with the activity of daily living. We view that the static and dynamic postural management strategies based on task-oriented approach are meaningful in the clinical rehabilitation.
