摘要
探讨顾宁教授辨治高脂血症经验。认为脏腑失调为其发病之本,痰浊壅盛为其致病之标,治疗宜运脾化湿、疏肝达气、补肾益气。并附验案1则。
This paper discusses Prof Gu＇ s experience in differentiating and treating hyperlipemia. It is argued that the root of hyperlipemia occurrence is dysfunction of viscera, and the branch is stagnation of turbid-phlegm. It should be treated by activating spleen to resolve dampness, soothing liver to regulate qi, strengthening kidney to replenish qi. One proven case is presented.
