宁泌泰胶囊治疗单纯性肾小球性血尿60例

Treatment of simple glomerular hematuria in 60 cases with "Ningmitai Capsule"

目的观察宁泌泰胶囊治疗单纯性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效。方法将120例单纯性肾小球性血尿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组给予宁泌泰胶囊口服,疗程2个月。结果对照组总有效率为66.67%,治疗组为88.33%;两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组畸形红细胞计数明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宁泌泰胶囊治疗单纯性肾小球性血尿疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Ningmitai Capsule＂ in the treatment of simple glomerular hematuria.Methods One hundred and twenty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with ＂Ningmitai Capsule＂ and control group in which 60 cases were treated with routine western medicines,with a course of two months.Results The overall effective rate was 66.67% in the control group and 88.33% in the treatment group,with a difference between the two groups（P0.01）;after treatment,the counts of abnormal red blood cells were reduced in both groups（P0.01）,with lower counts in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Ningmitai Capsule＂ is quite effective for simple glomerular hematuria.
