硬膜外封闭结合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效及生活质量评价

Clinical efficacy and quality of life evaluation of epidural block combined with Chinese medicine for lumbar disc herniation syndrome

目的探讨硬膜外封闭结合中药保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及生活质量。方法将72例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各36例。对照组给予硬膜外封闭疗法,治疗组硬膜外封闭疗法加用中药补肾止痛方。疗程为2个月,治疗结束时评价两组临床疗效及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果治疗组的总有效率(94.44%)较对照组(91.67%)有一定的提高趋势,但差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后3周、2个月的ODI评分均较治疗前有显著性降低(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后ODI评分明显低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硬膜外封闭与中药内服相结合对腰椎间盘突出症有很好的临床疗效,且对ODI评分的改善有显著性作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation syndrome（LDHS） by the treatment of combined epidural block and Chinese medicine.Methods Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated by epidural block therapy,and the treatment group was treated by epidural block therapy and Chinese medicine ＂Bushen Zhitong Formula＂,with the course of 2 months.The clinical efficacy and Oswestry Disability Index（ODI） were evaluated.Results The overall effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 91.67% in the control group,without difference between the two groups;three weeks after treatment and 2 months after treatment,the ODI was decreased significantly in the two groups（P0.01）,and the ODI in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the controls（P0.01）.Conclusion Combined epidural block and Chinese medicine has positive clinical effect on LDHS and plays a significant role in improving the ODI score.
