面对知识经济的挑战 ,管理应重视企业文化 ,营造团队精神 ,努力提高员工的综合素质。为适应环境的要求 ,在组织结构设计中实行“扁平化”、“柔性化” ,用矩阵管理发展知识经济 ,为进一步调动职工的积极性 ,分配模式将由“职务工资”向“能力工资”
To meet the challenge of knowledge economy, managers should value enterprise culture, esprit de corps, and the upgrading of the faculty's comprehensive quality. Enterprises' organizations and structures should be designed “flat” and “soft”. Matrix method should be applied to develop knowledge economy to further encourage the faculty and distribution method should be changed from “rank pay ”to “ability pay”.
