摘要
研究了低温对钛合金力学性能的影响,测试了钛合金紧固件在室温25℃及低温-100℃时的力学性能参数,并进行了性能对比分析。研究表明,在-100℃的低温环境下,钛合金紧固件的拉伸强度和屈服强度均有所提高,但紧固件螺纹的保证性能等级及塑性强化性能有所下降。
The parameters of the mechanical properties of titanium alloy fasteners at room temperature 25℃ and low temperature -100℃ are compared in a series of experiments.The experiment results show that : when the titanium alloy fasteners are at low temperature -100℃, the tensile strength and yield strength are improved while the proof loading of thread and plasticizing property are descended.
