调中降浊方治疗痰阻心脉型冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tiaozhong Jiangzhuo Decoction on Treating Phlegm Blocking Heart Vessel Style Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察调中降浊方治疗痰阻心脉型冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择符合冠心病稳定型心绞痛的诊断标准且属于中医痰阻心脉证型患者61例,随机分为治疗组31例与对照组30例,两组均采用相同的西医常规治疗方法,治疗组加服调中降浊方,均观察治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油用量、心电图、中医症候积分的变化情况。结果:两组患者心绞痛疗效的比较方面,治疗组总有效率为87.10%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,治疗组心绞痛症状疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);中医症候疗效治疗组总有效率为90.32%,对照组为70.00%,治疗组在中医症候疗效的比较方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在硝酸甘油停减率的比较方面,治疗组总有效率为75.00%,对照组总有效率为55.56%,治疗组在硝酸甘油停减率的比较方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);有改善心电图变化的趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:调中降浊方治疗痰阻心肺型冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaozhong Jiangzhuo Decoction in treating phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris. Methods： 61 patients were randomly divided into two groups, which were both treated with western medicine. Controlled group in which 30 cases were treated by routine treatment of western medicine, and treatment group in which 31 cases were treated by western medicine and Tiaozhong Jiangzhuo Decoction, both course were 8 weeks. The effect of angina, situation of nitroglycerin stopped and cut, effect of ECG and symptom scores of TCM were observed. Results： After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of angina was 87. 10% in treatment group and 73. 33% in controlled group, P〈0. 05. The effective rate of symptom score was 90. 32% in treatment group and 70. 00% in con- trolled group, P〈0. 05. The effective rate of nitroglycerin was 75. 00% in treatment group and 55. 56% in controlled group, P〈0. 05. The effect of ECG was no significant differences compared with two groups. Conclusion ： Tiaozhong Jiangzhuo Decoction has certain effect to treat phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.
